Toasted Coconut Maple Granola

Crunchy, crispy, slightly sweet. We all know that moment when a good clump of granola reaches our mouth because then we can’t seem to stop eating it until it’s all gone. Enough chit chat, let’s get to it:


  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • coconut flakes
  • dash of pink Himalayan salt (or sea salt)
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • light drizzle of avocado oil (or coconut oil)
  • optional: pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds


  • preheat oven to 350º
  • mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • place on a cookie sheet
  • bake for 10-15 minutes (until golden), then mix the granola and cook for another 10 minutes or until golden
