Toasted Coconut Maple Granola
Crunchy, crispy, slightly sweet. We all know that moment when a good clump of granola reaches our mouth because then we can’t seem to stop eating it until it’s all gone. Enough chit chat, let’s get to it:
Ingredients
- 1 cup of oats
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- coconut flakes
- dash of pink Himalayan salt (or sea salt)
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
light drizzle of avocado oil (or coconut oil)- optional: pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, almonds, sunflower seeds
Cooking
- preheat oven to 350º
- mix all ingredients in a
bowl place on a cookie sheet- bake for 10-15 minutes (until golden), then mix the granola and cook for another 10 minutes or until golden
