Almond Joy Oatmeal

This is an all-time favorite breakfast

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • Chia, flax, pumpkin, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, chocolate chops, almonds 
  • Splash of almond milk 
  • 1 tsp date caramel (optional)
  • Top with fruit: strawberries, banana, pear, pomegranate, blueberries

Luisa wrote this recipe so here’s her word-for-word: Cook them oats. Boil em up. Mix da flax, chia & maca all up in there with them oats. While hot (like yo self) mix in the date caramel. Mmmm so smooth. Top it off with the goodness of coconut, chocolate, and some almonds. Oh my. So Delish.
