This is one of my addictions. I’m hesitant to call it parmesan cheese because I usually refer to it as my
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 1/3 (or less) raw almonds
- 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
- your choice in quantity of cumin, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, sea salt
- Add the nuts to a food processor and pulse until they’re powder-like. Careful not to overdo because you don’t want it turning into nut butter.
- Lastly, add the nutritional yeast and seasonings. Pulse just a few times until all is pretty mixed.
